TERMS & CONDITIONS — ARIA MEDIA LLC

These terms and conditions are subject to revision at any time. The most current version will always be available here. It is the client's responsibility to review the most up-to-date terms prior to each booking.

We appreciate the opportunity to support your brand. Please review the following terms and conditions in full prior to submitting your investment. Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms outlined below. For questions or clarification, contact us directly.

Scheduling

All appointments are requested through our online booking portal. While we make every effort to accommodate preferred timing, it is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that all conditions — including property access, readiness, and homeowner coordination — are in place prior to our arrival. Aria Media reserves the right to adjust scheduling for operational efficiency. Any changes will be communicated via phone, text, or email.

Travel & Parking

Travel within a 34-mile round-trip radius of central Houston is included in your investment. Mileage beyond this radius will be billed at $1.00 per additional mile. Any parking fees incurred during service are the client's financial responsibility and will be invoiced accordingly.

Investment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. In the event of cancellation, your investment will be retained as a credit applicable toward future services for a period of up to one (1) year from the original booking date.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $100.00 fee. No-shows, lockouts, or last-minute access issues that prevent service from being rendered are subject to the same $100.00 charge. Reschedules are permitted with reasonable advance notice.

Creative Direction

All creative decisions — including but not limited to camera angles, room selection, compositions, and editorial style — are made at the sole discretion of Aria Media unless specific preferences have been communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot. Any requests that fall outside the originally agreed-upon scope of work may require an additional visit and will be subject to additional fees.

On-Site Safety

If at any point the working environment is deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unprofessional, Aria Media reserves the right to cancel, pause, or discontinue service immediately without refund.

Property Readiness

All properties must be clean, fully staged, organized, and 100% shoot-ready at the time of our arrival. This includes but is not limited to: all personal items stored out of sight, beds made, surfaces cleared, lights operational, blinds and curtains uniform, and landscaping addressed. It is the client's responsibility to communicate the scheduled shoot date and time to the homeowner or occupant and to ensure they have received and reviewed our Property Readiness Checklist in advance.

All occupants, including homeowners, family members, tenants, and pets, must vacate the property prior to our arrival and remain off-site for the duration of the shoot. No third parties — including but not limited to agents, contractors, stagers, designers, or other media vendors — should be present during production unless expressly coordinated with Aria Media in advance.

Aria Media does not provide staging, cleaning, property setup, or lock-up services. Our team may perform a brief walkthrough upon arrival, but preparing the home for production is not within our scope of work. Properties that are not shoot-ready upon arrival may result in abbreviated service, reduced deliverables, or rescheduling at the client's expense. Time spent adjusting, moving items, or waiting for occupants to vacate will be deducted from the scheduled production time.

Return Visits

If a return visit is required due to an unprepared property, décor changes, incomplete access, or requests not included in the original scope, a $150.00 return visit fee will apply.

Delivery Timeline

Photography: delivered within 24 hours of the shoot date. Videography: delivered within 7 business days. Signature content packages: delivered within 14 business days. All content is delivered via Dropbox or a similar file-sharing platform.

Refund & Credit Policy

All investments are final and non-refundable. Credits for future use may be issued at Aria Media's discretion in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Photo Revisions

Basic editing and color correction are included with all photography packages. Advanced retouching or composite work is available at a rate of $10.00 per image.

Video Revisions

All video content is delivered as a final product. Revisions are not included in standard video packages. Clients are encouraged to trust our editorial and storytelling process. Any revision requests beyond the delivered product may be subject to additional fees at Aria Media's discretion.

Rights, Licensing & Image Integrity

All content produced by Aria Media — including but not limited to photographs, video, audio, and graphic assets — remains the exclusive intellectual property of Aria Media LLC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, single-use license to use the delivered content solely for the marketing of the specific property or personal brand associated with the original booking. This license does not extend to any third party. Content may not be shared with, distributed to, or used by any third party — including but not limited to stagers, interior designers, builders, developers, architects, other real estate agents, influencers, bloggers, news outlets, or any social media account not owned by the booking client — without prior written approval from Aria Media and, where applicable, the purchase of a separate license.

Content may not be altered, manipulated, cropped, filtered, or edited in any manner without prior written consent from Aria Media. This includes but is not limited to AI-generated modifications, AI-enhanced edits, virtual staging overlays, deepfake usage, or any form of artificial intelligence-based alteration. If edits or modifications are needed, all requests must be submitted directly to Aria Media for review and execution. Unauthorized alteration of our content constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in revocation of the usage license and additional legal action.

Content may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed under any circumstances.

Promotional Use

Aria Media reserves the right to use all media produced during any engagement for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes across all platforms, including but not limited to web, print, social media, and advertising. Clients waive any right to compensation for such promotional usage.

Client Consent

By booking services with Aria Media, the client grants irrevocable permission for all produced media to be used for Aria Media's marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless such permission is revoked in writing prior to the commencement of service.

Acknowledgment & Liability

Submission of payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Aria Media LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or property damage occurring during or as a result of production. The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring the property and premises are safe and accessible.
